Shell makes GoM PowerNap FID

Shell has made the Final Investment Decision (FID) for the PowerNap deepwater project in the US Gulf of Mexico (GoM). PowerNap is a subsea tieback to the Shell-oper- ated Olympus production hub. The project is expected to come onstream in late 2021 and pro- duce up to 35,000 boe/d at peak rates.
