Norway’s Petroleum Safety Authority (PSA) has given Dea Norge consent for exploration drilling in Block 66/11 in the Norwegian Sea. Well 6611/1-1 lies in Production Licence 896 (PL 896), for which Dea is the operator. The well will target the Toutatis prospect. The drilling site is in the northern Norwegian Sea, around 110km northwest of Sandnessjoen, 160km southwest of Bodo and 150km northeast of the Norne field.
