Skandi Acergy cancellation

DOF Subsea has received a notice of early termi- nation of a two-year charter contract for the Skandi Acergy vessel from “an international cus- tomer” – but managed to land a job for another vessel. The notice period is 60 days, and the termina- tion of the charter contract will be effective on 1 July 2020. DOF Subsea should receive a termina- tion fee after the closing.
