摘要

Induced costimulatory molecule/B7h pathway has been shown to play a critical role in T-cell activation and differentiation and the regulation of alloimmune responses in vivo. Several transplantation tolerance approaches involving induced costimulatory molecule-B7h blockade have resulted in significantly improved allograft survival. Further improvement in strategies involving induced costimulatory molecule/B7h pathway that result in long-term tolerance and elucidation of the functions and mechanisms of the induced costimulatory molecule-B7h pathway in regulating alloimmune responses in vivo constitute goals of future research.
