US sulphur exports increased by 23pc in September despite refinery outages caused by Hurricane Harvey. Sulphuric acid imports increased on higher vessel volumes. Sulphur US sulphur exports climbed by 23pc year-over-year in September to 158,000t, according to customs data. Exports are down 4pc on the year in January-September at 1.5mn t.
