Crude prices were supported at close to a four-year high by expectations of tighter supplies in the fourth quarter because of US sanctions on Iran. Atlantic basin benchmark North Sea Dated rose to $82.35/bl midweek - its highest since November 2014 - before settling at $81.76/bl on 27 September, up by $3.21/bl on the week. US marker WTI rose to $72.12/bl, up by $1.80/bl.
