Domestic long steel buyers accept price hikes offered by Turkish mills

Turkish rebar suppliers to the domestic market have achieved an increase in deal prices amid support from buyers. Prices have risen as trading and construction companies have been replenishing stocks rather actively. The increase is also backed by the upward trend in the segment for import scrap, which is expected to continue. Turkish mills have raised prices to local buyers bit by bit since the beginning of the month.
