Another decline in prices for scrap and billet in Turkey has pushed export offers of finished longs down. At present, some Turkish mills who have urgent need for export sales agree to supply rebar with mostly November shipment at $540-545/t FOB ($10-15/t down from last week). Besides, lots over 10,000 t can be sold at the bottom end of the range. Some steelmakers prefer to set list prices at $550-555/t FOB.
