摘要

BaCu(B_2O_5) (BCB) was used to decrease the sintering temperature of [(Mg_(0.5)Zn_(0.5))_(0.95)Co_(0.05)]_2 cetamics while maintaining good microwave dielectric properties, due to the formation a liquid phase. A quality factor (Q × f) of 28,000 GHz, a dielectric constant (ε_r) of 16.8 and a temperature coefflcieilt of resonant frequency (τ_f) of -28.7 ppm/°C were obtained for the samples with 8 wt.% BCB sintered #925 °C for 4 h.
