KMG takes legal action in Romania.

Kazakh state oil company KazMunaiGas (KMG) has reported that it has begun legal proceedings against the Romanian government, submitting a "notice of investment dispute" with regard to its stake in the Petromidia refinery in Romania. Back in April, KMG agreed to sell a 51% stake in KazMunaiGas Int.—me subsidiary that operates Petromidia—to private Chinese firm CEFC for $680MM.
