At least in the US. Since 2011 (or thereabouts), transportation infrastructure has been at a premium in the US, as shale producers upended traditional supply lines by extracting huge volumes of crude in out-of-the-way places. Now, between the crash in crude prices and D.C.'s decision to legalize crude exports, the midstream boom seems to have run its course.
