Negotiations on hot-rolled (HR) steel coils for Korea seem to start from next week for shipment of next quarter (April - June). However, as prices of March production and for April shipment have not been fixed yet between steel mills like POSCO and Hyundai Steel and manufacturing companies, full-fledged negotiations with the Japanese mills will be postpone to a later date.
