A great Easter issue

I am writing to thank you for the PJ of 23/30 March 2013 for three reasons. First, I admire how aptly the cover photograph of a Scottish thistle illustrated the misery of living with the "bed of thistles" that is life with fibromyalgia. No doubt the picture was to give the issue a Scottish feel because of the laudable work of the Scottish Patient Safety Programme (p 332), but it served a double purpose to reflect two out of your three headline stories.
