THERE are many different definitions of leadership. Common dictionary entries describe a leader as "one that leads or guides". There are also many styles of leadership and it comes in different shapes and sizes and within various geographical or organisational parameters. For the Royal Pharmacuetical Society our focus is on clinical and professional leadership, at an individual, local and national level, that reflects current needs within the English NHS.
