No dosing instructions for CD syringe drivers

Five out of five of my latest Controlled Drug prescriptions for syringe drivers have had no dose, only "for use in syringe driver" and, as such, were illegal. Now I am sure everyone will understand when I say that at all times I acted in the best interests of my patients, but this situation is more than a temporary "blip" by one surgery: ft appears to be a structural problem.
