I was interested to read the article by Carey Edwards on the subject c errors and error reporting (PJ, 2/9 January 2010,pl5).As an element of my continuing professional development, I have been carrying out a study into the psychology of errors and the scientific basis underlying certain types of error, which has been interesting and enlightening.
