摘要

Indium triflate in the ionic liquid, 1-isobutyl-3-methylimidazolium dihydrogen phosphate ([i-BMIN]H2PO4), was found to show enhanced catalytic activity in the Friedel Crafts acylation of various aromatic compounds with acid anhydrides. The catalytic system was easily recovered and reused without a significant loss of activity. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
