Isoxazoline derivatives from activated primary nitrocompounds and tertiary diamines

摘要

Activated nitrocompounds,in the presence of dipolarophiles and a tertiary diamine (e.g.,DABCO),undergo dehydration to afford directly isoxazoline derivatives,formal cycloadducts of nitrile oxides;this mild procedure is very efficient for the synthesis of the reported isoxazolines.
