Japan's Nansei Sekiyu to start leasing out oil tanks

Japanese refiner Nansei Sekiyu plans on leasing its oil product tanks to other Japanese refiners and trading houses as it intends to turn its 100,000 b/d Nishihara, Okinawa refinery into an oil terminal from April 1, a source at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said Friday.
