Moscow-Major world oil producers could still reach a deal to cap production levels by the end of the year, the deputy CEO of Russia’s secondbiggest oil producer Lukoil said Tuesday, adding that he believes Moscow should continue to take part in such talks. “I believe, from a market structure point of view and the interests of both Saudi Arabia and Iran, such an agreement is most likely to be reached by the end of the year,” Leonid Fedun told reporters in Moscow.
