China independents’ product sales fall

Analysis Singapore-Sales of gasoline and gasoil from China’s independent refineries in Shandong province registered month-onmonth declines, at 10.28% and 9.32%, respectively, in June, reflecting continuing weakness in domestic demand, S&P Global Platts calculations based on data from Beijing information provider JYD showed. Gasoline sales stood at 1.72 million mt in June, extending the month-on-month downward trend from May, when sales were down 10% from the previous month.
