Oil futures barely budge despite stock build

New York—The oil complex was almost unchanged Thursday as US Energy Information Administration weekly data revealed rising crude stockpiles and falling inventories for gasoline and distillates. NYMEX November crude settled 26 cents lower at $46.38/b. ICE November Brent settled down 44 cents to $48.71/b on expiry. ICE December Brent settled 4 cents higher at $49.73/b.
