BP raises oil output from Azerbaijan ACG complex

Oil output from the BP-operated Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli field complex in the offshore Azer- baijan Caspian Sea averaged 661,000 b/d in the first quarter, up from the 638,000 b/d in 2014, BP said Wednesday. The boost was due to the ramping up of production from West Chirag, the newest plat- form at ACG, which began production in January 2014 and now has output of more than 116,000 b/d.
