China CEFC delays startup of Yangpu oil storage facility

Singapore—Privately held CEFC China Energy is expected to delay the startup of its oil storage facility at Yangpu in southern China’s Hainan province to early next year because of stricter approval procedures following the recent Tianjin explosions, a company source said Tuesday. The company originally planned to start operations by the end of this year, Platts reported earlier.
