Vienna-Parliamentary and presidential elec- tions in the southern African nation of Namibia opened Friday with the outcome expected to deliver a comfortable win for the ruling party, in power since independence in 1990. The result, if as expected, is also seen providing a further boost to the country’s growing pro-business policies in the key mining and energy sectors.
