London-Libya’s recent recovery in crude oil production is looking increasingly short-lived as strikes and protests at a number of fields across the country push production back down to around 765,000 b/d. Libya’s oil output had risen at a remarkable rate in the past few months, reaching a high of 925,000 b/d at the end of September.
