Iraqi oil exports to remain below capacity

Amman—Iraqi crude oil exports are set to remain below capacity for the remainder of the year and into 2014 as maintenance work continues at the key southern export terminal of Basrah. Exports in October recovered from the sharp fall seen in September, rising 9% to 2.25 million b/d, but supplies are still way below recent highs following the installation of a metering and manifolding platform in Basrah.
