Russia, China agree on crude supply pricing

Moscow—Russia’s Rosneft and national pipe-line operator Transneft have reached a dealwith China’s CNPC to resolve a long-runningdispute over the pricing of Russian crude sup-plies to China.Crude deliveries started in February 2011at a rate of 300,000 b/d, but the sidesquickly disagreed over terms of pricing, spe-cifically on the formula for working out trans-portation costs.
