EIA sees 2010, 2011 energy prices going up

Washington-A gradual economic recovery is expected to tighten oil markets this year and next after two years of decline, the US Energy Information Administration said January 12 in its Short-Term Energy Outlook. Natural gas prices also are expected to rise through 2011, the EIA said.
