London—Polish refiner PKN Orlen has agreed to buy the remaining 10% stake in Lithuania’s Mazeikiu Nafta refinery from the country’s government for $284.5 million, PKN said late March 26.PKN paid $1.125 billion for a 53.7% stake in the 190,000 b/d refinery from bankrupt Russian oil producer Yukos in December 2006 and bought a further 30.66% stake from the Lithuanian government the same month, before increasing its stake again to 90%.
