India boosts month-on-month crude output

New Delhi-India's crude output totaled 2.86 million mt (around 676,300 b/d) for March, compared with 2.56 million mt in February and 2.93 million mt in the same month of 2008, the Petroleum and Natural Gas ministry said in a statement April 30.India's total production for the full fiscal year ended March 31 was 33.51 million mt, down from 34.12 million mt in 2007-2008.
