London—UK-based oil and gas company Venture Production has completed another appraisal well at the Cygnus natural gas field in the UK North Sea, the company said April 7, significantly expanding the potential recoverable reserves from the field.Following the announcement of a successful appraisal well in February, which confirmed a productive reservoir in the second fault block, a further well was drilled to target the northeastern section of the field, the company said.
