UK Environmental Change Network (ECN): a potential resource for UK remote sensing

The purpose of this paper is to provide a brief introduction to the Environmental Change Network for the remote sensing community, with the aim of encouraging people to consider using the ECN sites as field sites. A brief overview of the terrestrial ECN sites and types of measurements made is provided. Information on how to access ECN data sets, as well as procedures for initiating collaboration with the ECN, or a specific ECN site, is also included.
