New York-Qatar's Ras Laffan LNG announced late August 12 the completion and startup of Train 6 at the Ras Laffan Industrial City in Qatar, ExxonMobil, a partner in the project, said in a statement. The project is a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum (70%) and ExxonMobil (30%) and represents an expansion of the existing LNG production facilities operated by the Ras-Gas consortium.
