Kuwait plans $88 billion in oil, gas spending to 2030

Kuwait City-Kuwait plans to spend Dinars 25 billion ($88 billion) on oil and gas projects to 2030, including upgrading its oil refineries, building a new refinery and boosting oil and gas production, oil minister Sheikh Ahmed Abdullah al-Sabah said December 13. "It's a 20-year plan-[over] 20 years we'll be spending Dinars 25 billion till 2030," the minister told reporters at the opening of an energy conference.
