New York—US West Coast refiner Tesoro's shares have moved higher this week on speculation the company may be an acquisition target, analysts said April 17.Tesoro shares ended the day April 17 at 28.16 each, after hitting a high of 29.50. That is up from a close of 27.99 on April 16 and 25.98 on April 15.
