Cape Town, South Africa-Uganda's early production scheme targeting first crude oil production in 2009 has been pushed back until the second quarter of 2010 because of unspecified delays, an energy ministry official said November 26. "There have been delays in the early production scheme and we are now looking at a possibility of starting during the second quarter of 2010," the official said.
