Petrobras sells Nishihara LSFO to Tepco

Tokyo—Brazil's state-controlled oil company Petrobras has agreed to sell up to 30,000 kl (188,694 barrels)/month of low sulfur fuel oil to Tokyo Electric Power Company from its newly purchased Nishihara refinery in Okinawa, southwestern Japan, sources close to the deal said April 17.
