Moscow—Russian prosecutors said February 16 they have finished their latest criminal investigation into former Yukos CEO and founder Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his business associate Platon Lebedev, and have accused them of laundering some 25 billion from the sale of crude between 1998 and 2003.
