Caracas-Venezuela state-owned oil company PDVSA has agreed to buy 22 drilling rigs from China to boost exploration activities,company president Rafael Ramirez said April 3."Our vice president went to China and we are going to bring back 22 rigs," Ramirez told reporters April 3 after a press conference."He went there,signed,and bought them," Ramirez said of Luis Vierma,PDVSA's vice president for exploration.
