Vienna-OPEC's Jan 31 meeting looks likely to be a straightforward affair after ministers gathering in Vienna seemingly reached a consensus Jan 30 to leave crude output levels unchanged for the time being.A succession of ministers arriving in the Austrian capital said they favored making no adjustments to production,and all acknowledged they had little choice with prices in the upper 60s/bbl.
