Pioneer to spend US177-mil to add US onshore assets

Pioneer Natural Resources is spending US177-mil to add to its assets in the Permian Basin and South Texas,the company said June 28.The agreed deal with two unidentified parties in two of the Dallas-based independent's US onshore core areas includes some 70-mil boe in undeveloped proved reserves and production of about 1,800 boe/d.
