IEA raises demand forecast,with OPEC to fill the gap

London-Global oil consumption in 2005 will average 83.87-mil b/d,the International Energy Agency said Jan 18,an increase of 130,000 b/d from last month's forecast,with demand for OPEC crude rising as supply from the North Sea and other non-OPEC producers falls short of forecasts.
