China's May crude imports hit 14- month peak

Hong Kong-China imported 17.09 million mt (4.05 million b/d) of crude in May, up 5.5% from the 16.2 million mt imported in the same month of 2008, according to preliminary figures released June 11 by the country's General Administration of Customs.
