Premiums for Middle East 0.5% sulfur gasoil were set higher Monday at $1.80/barrel to reflect stronger seasonal demand in the region.Prices were reported in the range from $1.80/b to $2.50/b over MOPS Arab Gulf gasoil assessments. Saudi Aramco, which has been buying about five to six cargoes per month, is still buying quite a bit for September, said one trader. While this could not be confirmed, another trader said demand in the Middle East was fairly good at the moment. Saudi Aramco could not be reached for comment.
