Singapore-Vietnam's finance ministry has announced another hike in refined product import taxes,barely two weeks after the last increase.Import taxes on gasoline,kerosene and diesel are to be increased by 5%,taking the levy on gasoline and kerosene to 20%,and on diesel to 15%.The tax increases are effective November 11.
