Americas crude:US buyers trying to back out

Some US buyers of Iraqi Kirkuk crude oil are seeking to back out of having to lift their November volumes because US domestic sour crude prices are cheaper than the November official selling prices for Kirkuk to the US,market sources said Monday.Sources said that European refiners,including Spanish refiners Cepsa and Repsol,have followed suit.This could not be immediately confirmed.
