Dubai-The US Energy Information Administration will raise its long-term crude price forecast when it releases its 2008 Annual Energy Outlook in the next five weeks,agency head Guy Caruso said November 1.Speaking in Dubai at the inaugural address of the Emirates Association for Energy Economics,Caruso said the EIA was reconfiguring its price projection to the upside based on this year's crude rally.Front-month crude futures on the NYMEX climbed to a new high of 96.24/barrel November 1.
