Blendstocks: Sharp rise in European naphtha

European naphtha prices rose sharply Wednesday,up 10.50/mt to 642.50/mt on the back of heavy bidding during the Platts Market on Close assessment process.A number of players bid aggressively during the MOC process,seven cargo bids in total,with BP bid at 641/mt CIF basis Rotterdam April 23-27 and Shell at 641/mt April 23-27.No offers were heard or trades reported.
