European 10ppm diesel cargo premiums reached a record high 757.75/mt Friday.Shell was once more an aggressive buyer,picking up three cargoes during Platts Market on Close assessment process totaling 30,000.Lack of availability is leading to high premiums being paid for 10ppm cargoes in Northwest Europe,traders said Friday.The bull run on gasoil is mainly responsible for the rise but the premiums being paid have also surged.
